Event Manager

Robert Half are working with a Financial Services business to find an Event Manager on a 6 Month Temp to Perm Contract.

The Event Manager will lead with delivery of a wide range of events, supporting all business divisions. This will include planning and delivery of a wide range of respnsibiltiies to ensure everyone is fully briefed and events run smoothly.

Event Manager - 6 Month Temp to Perm Contract - London - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manager the Events Calender - Plan and support events across the year for the full range of events
• The events will include: Trade shows, conferences, expos, forums, round tables, corporate entertainment and award ceremonies
• Work with the marketing team to maximise promotional opportunities for the event
• Assist with the event merchandising - organising and monitoring branded merchandise and corporate gifting
• Work closely with sales
• Full event production life cycle from sourcing venues to briefing stakeholders
• Gather Feedback post events

Requirements

• Ability to plan events from ideation to delivery
• Multitasking multiple events projects
• Ability to think on your feet, be creative and plan ahead
• Confident to liaise with external partners, agencies and senior stakeholders
• Eye for detail and understanding of social media best practices
• Full Microsoft Suite
• Financial Services or Professional Services Experience
