Our client, an established international membership organisation, are looking for an Events Manager to join their exciting and busy team on a temporary basis!
This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to continuing building their events skills within the not-for-profit sector as well as create and support events on a global scale.


Duties within this role will include:

  • Managing all end-to-end events logistics for all prestigious conferences and events provided by the organisation on both a national and international level.
  • Key role in supporting other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of various upcoming projects.
  • Working with the Senior Management to manage budgets from creation to reconciliation.
  • Attending events and training courses as necessary to provide logistical and administrative support.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar events-based role.
  • Experience and confidence in managing large-scale events.
  • Experience of producing, managing and delivering corporate events conferences, seminars etc.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in working with external stakeholders.
  • An outstanding attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, eg Microsoft Office suite.
