Our client, a distinguished player in the exhibition sector, is in search of an Event Director with a wealth of experience in managing high-profile events. Position OverviewAs an Event Director, you would be steering the team to achieve exceptional performance in all areas of event sales leadership and planning: strategic development and marketing, financial accountability and fostering professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities-
Develop and implement growth strategies for sustainable event success.

Oversee the financial, operational, marketing, relationship and sales aspects of the events.

Ensure collaboration with vital suppliers, associations, and commercial partners.

Maintain brand relevance and align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.

Lead a high-performing sales team to meet and surpass event targets and budgets.

Proven experience as an Event Director or a similar role with a sales pathway to achieving this.

Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.

Solid financial management and budgeting expertise.

Proficiency in operating marketing strategies and CRM applications.

An adaptable approach to carrying out other duties as reasonably requested.
