Creative Live Events - Pharmacuetical Market

Our client who specialise in delivering engaging digital events for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, production and technology are recruiting for an Account Lead!

The Account Leadwill be responsible for leading and supporting key pharmacuetical accounts as defined by the business and the performance against key KPI’s and financial targets.

Tasks

  • Ownership, development & strategic implementation of Key Stakeholder relationship management.
  • Supporting Board Director, Account Director & Senior Account Lead in the development & strategic implementation of client retention strategy.
  • Development & implementation of new business (existing client) strategy and targets.
  • Development & implementation of amplification service strategy
  • Delivery of all client SLA’s / KPI’s for allocated accounts
  • In conjunction with Board Director & Account Director, preparation, and timely delivery of allocated RFP responses.
  • Ownership, preparation, and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals
  • Ownership and delivery of new client on-boarding initiatives
  • Ownership and delivery of all allocated client business reviews
  • Preparation and delivery of client feedback & case studies (both internally & externally) Project Management.
  • Support on complex projects as determined by Board / Account Director / Snr Account Lead.
  • Oversee project management of allocated client projects
  • Joining key project calls and planning meetings as and when required Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management.
  • Delivery of profit maximisation targets
  • Overall responsibility for client budgets and event profitability.
  • Development of ongoing review of commercials & pricing initiatives.
  • Management & delivery of Job Log & Project Management GM targets Resource Management.
  • Management of resource allocation to job
  • Management of direct report holidays
  • Input of timesheet activity on a weekly basis People Management
  • Working with the Associate Director Talent Management, monitor development plans for all team members taking into account.
  • Develop, mentor and coach all direct reports ensuring periodic meetings to discuss progress and review development plans.
  • Provide consistent leadership, motivation and direction to all team members.
  • Ensure all Finance & Operational teams are consistently sharing best practice and always delivering to company standards.
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection of new team members once approved by Board Director General.
  • Work collaboratively with Board, Peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required.
  • Attend company training days as and when required
  • Attend company meetings as and when required
  • Undertake any additional task as required to support the business.

Package and details

  • Office based near Epsom
  • £60,000 - £65,000 + discretionary annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year
  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed)
    Candidate must have been employed for a minimum of 6 months (ie: start date before 01st July) to be eligible to join the discretional bonus scheme and to be eligible to receive any 'general company annual salary increase’ (effective January of each year)

  • Flexible Working (Business needs will always prevail therefore all successful candidates need to be prepared to attend the office up to 5 days if required however, and where appropriate, managers may assign work from home days at their discretion)
