Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ETF DDQ & RFI Specialist located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) completion, request for information (RFI) management, document preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The specialist will also be involved in conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting the development and implementation of ETF strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of ETFs and the investment management industry
  • Experience in completing DDQs and managing RFIs
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Diligence Vault or similar
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are beneficial
