ESTIMATOR

Our client, a successful supply and install company based in Crawley, are looking for an Estimator to join their busy and personable sales team. As an Estimator, you will be the customer's point of contact from initial enquiry to delivery of product and services, providing exceptional service and support along the way.

The Role:
  • Receiving enquiries, reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Follow up with customer to understand exact requirements and gather all information
  • required
  • Preparing scheme designs and submitting quotations
  • Assist in making commercial decisions to secure orders
  • Advise customers on their requirements for supply only orders
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of current regulations 
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and order specific discounts
  • Administration of the company’s document control systems
  • Liaise with clients to ensure the highest level of service is provided
  • Attendance at meetings on site and/or external offices as required
The Person:
  • Excellent head for technical information
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Well organised
  • Proactive and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of construction/building drawings and documentation essential

This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with an early finish on a Friday and offering a salary of £25-40,000 DOE.
