partitioning products. They work on a range of exciting commercial projects across the UK with offices located across the country. This position would be based out of their Northern offices in Leeds.

The suitable Estimator will have previous experience working within a specialist sub-contractor, ideally with products such as glass partitions, architectural glass, glazing, joinery, flooring, drylining etc.

Estimator Position Overview

• Reviewing tender documentation in order to prepare time, cost, materials and labour estimates
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
• Generating Tender Queries
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain project costings
• Liaising with Contractors/Architects
• Generating bespoke cost pricing using Excel spreadsheets
• Liaising with other team members where required
• Generating Project Specific Quotations using Word
• Updating in-house CRM system and Estimating Logs;

Estimator Position Requirements

• Computer literate: Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Estimating experience, ideally within a sub-contractor
• Knowledge of construction products such as, glass, glazing, partitioning, steelwork, doors, acoustics, fire performances etc. would be ideal.
