About us:

My client is a leading manufacturer and installer of wall and door protection products in the UK. They help all kind of businesses protect the interior of their buildings from costly and unsightly damage offering products which can reduce building maintenance costs. From protection rails, bollards and footrails through to wall protection panels and fire rated door protection. We are looking for an estimator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Job Summary:

· Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations for wall and door protection installations

· Inputting, managing, and updating the quotation database and the CRM system

· Working closely with the sales team and the contracts department to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability

· Reviewing tender documents, drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work and the client's requirements

· Providing tender assistance to all contractors/clients throughout the tender stage

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Previous experience as an estimator or a similar role in the construction industry

· Excellent numerical and analytical skills

· Strong communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Knowledge of wall and door protection products and installation methods would be advantageous

· A full UK driving licence is desirable
