Estimator required to join an industry leading glazing specialist based in the Buckinghamshire area. They have been working on commercial and leisure projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and success, the company are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team at their head office in Buckinghamshire.

Estimator Position Overview:

  • Review tender enquiry documents
  • Take off quantities where necessary from drawings
  • Attend sites as required and take clients brief
  • Identify, prepare and send out enquiries for materials
  • Receive and evaluate prices for materials and sub-contractors
  • Build up prices using our estimating system
  • Submit the price for adjudication
  • Attend mid-bid and post tender meetings
  • Prepare handover documents once a project has been secured

Estimator Position Requirements:

  • Experienced with structural / architectural glass projects
  • Commercially aware
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License

Estimator Position Remuneration:

  • Competitive salary (depending on experience)
  • Private Medical (after qualifying period)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Pension
