Location: Gloucestershire

Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:

· Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing and cladding projects for education, commercial and leisure market sectors

· Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations

· Producing formal quotations to customers

· Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

· Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

· Contact clients dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

· Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

· Office based position, however will occasionally will have to go to site to measure up and provide quotations for clients

The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:

· Must have proven estimating experience within the roofing & cladding market sector

· Sound technical knowledge of various systems such as: standing seam, composite panels, flat roofing, green roofs, wall cladding, built-up, cement panels, rainscreen, brickslip, timber cladding etc

· Confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Must have full UK driving license

· High levels of organisation and attention to detail

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
