Information on the role

• Support Project Managers with quotations
• Research costs of items e.g., transport, materials, labour, & equipment
• Establish & maintain relationships
• Acquire quotes from suppliers & contractors
• Provide provisional costings for leads & enquiries
• Conduct analysis on each project, comparing quotes & finished costs
• Create pricing documents
• Resource & procure materials
• Develop relationships with suppliers & manufacturers

What we’d like from you

• Estimating Experience in the Landscaping, Residential, or High-End Industries
• Customer handling & negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
