Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing Systems will involve:

  • Estimator position producing estimates for a high quality range of flat roofing projects
  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
  • Producing accurate and detailed quotations to clients
  • Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
  • Regularly liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information for estimating purposes
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
  • Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Estimating for projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing Systems with:

  • Must have Estimator experience in the roofing market sector
  • Ideally will have estimating experience in the flat roofing sector dealing with liquid applied, hot melt and felt roofing systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving license
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Confident and articulate
