Location: South East / South Coast (commutable to Havant)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator - Flat & Pitched Roofing Systems will involve:

• Estimator position promoting a high quality range of various industrial and commercial roofing contract services; maintenance, flat roofing, pitched roofing, refurbishment, asbestos removal etc
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and cost breakdowns
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors ensuring competitive rates and quality
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact clients dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients as and when required
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Estimating for projects ranging in value from £25k to £3.5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat & Pitched Roofing Systems with:

• Must have 5+ years Estimator experience in the roofing market sector, specifically in flat and pitched roofing systems
• Ideally will have experience in liquid applied, hot melt, flat and pitched roofing, roof tiles, roofing conversions, felt roofing, single ply, rooflight refurbishments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK driving license
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Confident and articulate
