Job Description:

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional site visits, ensuring that they maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Procuring materials and sub-contractors.
• Analysing and evaluating financial data.
• Collaborating with project teams to monitor costs and variations.
• Preparing and submitting final accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, fire doors, and facilities management.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
