Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator - Cladding and Facades will involve:

• Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of roofing, cladding and façade systems for both the commercial and residential market sectors
• Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
• Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
• Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
• Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
• Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
• Attending pre contract meetings where required
• Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Cladding and Facades experience with:

• Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
• Must have good technical knowledge of the façade industry (roofing, cladding, curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and rainscreen)
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
