Location: South West London (SW15)
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + Bonus scheme

Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate estimates
- Conducting thorough cost analysis, including materials, labor, and overheads
- Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
- Developing comprehensive project budgets and timelines
- Presenting estimates to management and clients, explaining cost breakdowns and assumptions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, particularly in CAT A interior fit-outs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
