Our client is looking for an experienced Hard & Soft Facilities Management professional who ideally lives in the West Midlands area this is a varied role covering several sites you will be responsible for the successful delivery of minor capital works (cira £4M) , manage resources including budgets and sub contracted work.

Ideally you should hold or be willing to work towards full level membership of a relevant professional body.

Starting Salary £43K with a £3K Bonus plus pension etc....
