We are looking for a driven, organised and self-motivated Administrator to join our Estates & Facilities team in Helmshore! Reporting into the Senior Estates & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative duties that will ensure the smooth-running of the function.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning and processing supplier onboarding documentation and ongoing maintenance of supplier due diligence data
  • Proactively maintaining of supplier compliance data
  • Ownership and management of central databases
  • Attending supplier meetings as requested and generating associated meeting minutes
  • Supplier performance monitoring & reporting
  • Finance/Audit assistance
  • Power BI reporting
  • D365 data analysis
  • Utilities administration
  • Monthly audit of Property related data and payments

What we are looking for:

  • Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to 'think outside the box'
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, strong organisational skills and the ability to respond quickly where needed and work under pressure
  • Comfortable suggesting and implementing new ideas
  • Highly motivated, self starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
