Our client is seeking an Estates Delivery Manager to joining there expanding team in Rochester, Kent.

They are committed to being a visible and responsive landlord and their Direct Labour Organisation is an essential part of achieving this and in delivering first class customer service.

They are looking for an Estates Delivery Manager who will ensure their estates are maintained to a high standard and are safe, compliant and sustainable. Working with other service managers to inform investment, compliance and assets policies and strategies.

You'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in an Asset Management environment
• Extensive proven experience of managing in-house large delivery teams of 50+
• Strong people management and development
• Strong contract management skills
• Strong budget management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong collaborative working skills, able to influence colleagues around the business
• Skills that will help mhs embed a learning culture
• A proven record of making key decisions
• Strong construction knowledge, diagnosis and remedy of defects
• Technical knowledge in delivery of estate based works
