KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12 months experience dealing in section 20 block/Estate Management

We are keen to find a hard-working Estate Manager for our well established client. Our client is a specialist in residential block management and due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for an Estate Manager to join their team. You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills.

Estate Manager:

  • Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
  • Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to works
  • Preparing and issuing service charge budgets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property management practices
  • Familiarity with Section 20 notices and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Liaising with contractors and surveyors as required
