Estate Gardener | Ascot

Everyday arriving to 70-acres of extensive formal gardens, parklands, waterways and woodland.

Working alongside other like minded individuals in the most gorgeous of settings.

What's the Role?

Regular maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering to ensure plant health.

Also maintain the grounds by mowing lawns, edging flower beds, and trimming hedges. Monitoring for pests and diseases, assisting with landscaping projects, operating equipment safely, and collaborating with other staff are key aspects of the role.

Upholding professionalism and providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and colleagues is essential.

What Will I have done?

Ideally, you'll have a horticultural qualification but not to worry too much, experience is just as valuable!.

It is essential that you have a driving licence and are able to get yourself to the estate daily. It would be great if you have your PA1 and PA6 spray certificates but full training will be provided.

You'll need to have high levels of self-motivation and both the ability to work positivity within a team and independently.
