FULL-TIME ESTATE CARETAKER/CLEANER ROLES AVAILABLE - LONDON
MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLES!
8AM TO 4.30PM SHIFT

INVOLVES A LOT OF EXTERNAL CLEANING AND MANUAL TASKS.

Your new company
You will be working with a well-known housing association in London that have many estates within the London area. You will be an integral part of the Estates team based on one of their estates on a Monday to Friday basis.

Your new role
You will be assigned to work within a housing estate environment on a full-time basis. You will be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of the site, as well as helping other members of staff to ensure the estate is in good condition maintenance-wise.
You will have to carry out duties such as cleaning of lifts/stairwells/communal areas/bin areas, assessing the estate and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety issues to managers. You may also be a keyholder of the site in some instances.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have ideally worked in a Caretaker/Cleaning Operative role in the past with knowledge of daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also need a full, clear driving licence.
