Collins Property Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency brand in North-West London. As a leading Estate Agency brand in the area, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the property industry; this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator You will be rewarded with:

• A competitive basic salary of up to £24,000.
• A six month guarantee of £45,000 for the first six months.
• OTE £50,000 for the first year.
• Work 1 out of 4 Saturdays.
• Bonus schemes.

Requirements:

• You must have at least one year of successful sales experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
