Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator

My clients a well established Suffolk Estate Agents are looking for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in estate agency sales to join their busy Halesworth office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Arranging and conducting viewings

* Prospecting for new business

* Sales negotiations

* Incoming and outgoing calls

* Arranging solicitor and mortgage referrals

* Booking valuations

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

* MINIMUM TWO YEAR'S ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE 

* Good people skills both on the phone and face to face

* Confident

* Hard Working

* Pro active making outbound calls

* Confident personality

* Strong Communication Skills

* Self Motivated

* Target Driven

* Proven Sales Experience

A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED

Hours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30, every other Saturday 9.00 - 17.30 ( day off in lieu )
