Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Kineton - up to £25k basic + Commission

My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with multiple branches across the Warwickshire and Worcestershire area. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Kineton where you will be responsible for registering and managing applicants, managing the database, booking and carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and selling other services including solicitors and financial services.

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator Role:

• Experience in Estate Agency preferred
• Well-developed written and verbal communication
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Results driven
• Proactive and helpful approach
• Flexible and adaptable nature
• Full UK Licence and car for which mileage will be paid
• Well presented
