Estate Agency Sales Negotiator - Burton upon Trent - £28k - £30k package

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Staffordshire and Derbyshire areas. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join their branch in Burton upon Trent.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

You will be working with a successful market leading Estate Agency as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. You will be responsible for registering applicants, managing the database, booking and carrying viewings, negotiating offers and selling other services including solicitors and financial services.

Required Skills:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
  • Presentable.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car.
  • A proactive team player.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 and alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
