Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Valuer

Full time or part time Senior Negotiator / Valuer required for one of Taunton's leading estate agents in the with superb (realistic) earning potential of over £40,000 pa for an experienced candidate. (pro rata for part time).

Our client, a successful and well respected firm, have a fantastic opportunity for an estate agency negotiator to join the team in their Taunton office. This is a very busy office so they are looking for a polished, energetic and dynamic individual. You will already have an excellent track record in property sales and carrying out market appraisals and be comfortable in dealing with a wide range of properties from £70,000 to £2,000,000. You must be of smart appearance, polished and be a real team player always ready to step in when needed as well as proactive and organised.

In return our client is offering a competitive salary of around £24-27,000 basic with a really healthy commission structure on top and realistic on target earnings in the region of £40,000 or more. (pro rata for part time). Uncapped earnings.
