My client is one of the leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years with several branches across the Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Midlands area. They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager who will need a high level of experience within Estate Agency and a proven track record in winning new business and running a successful sales team.

You will be managing the day to day running of the branch, carrying out valuations and generating new business in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real go-getter with a positive attitude with a proven record in winning business on valuations. You should be local to the area and have knowledge of the property market in the area.
