Senior Residential Sales Negotiator

A fantastic family run estate agency firm in West Birmingham are looking to recruit an experienced negotiator. They have fantastic well positioned offices, off road parking and many further benefits. You will be working within a dynamic and forward thinking team who like to have fun and you will work in a fantastic atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within the local area, have a professional approach and be able to communicate at all levels.

Duties will include

• Phoning out on new instructions
• Vendor contacts
• Accompanying viewings
• Cross selling Mortgage/ Conveyancing leads
• Sales chasing
