This independent sales and lettings agent have been servicing the Peterborough area for over 25 years. In this time they have maintained a reputation for providing excellent customer service to home sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator with a proven track record in selling property. The successful candidate will be highly motivated individual, who can self generate leads, and has ideally been a negotiator previously

NO TWO DAYS THE SAME, WHATS EXPECTED:

Generating new business by contacting buyers and sellers, General answering of telephone calls and dealing with the enquiries, Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post, to book viewings and identifying opportunities for potential Instructions, Contacting vendors to discuss/review the marketing of there home and price. Accompanying potential buyers to view properties, Managing a list of buyers, keeping them updated on new / current properties for sale. Negotiating Sales and chasing the progress through to a completion. General office duties. Sell houses and get them through to completion. Manage clients both sellers and buyers

This fabulous agent is looking for a hard working self motivated person, who has a desire to provide excellent customer service and real hunger to earn addition income through commission. The ideal person for this role will have at least 1 years estate agency experience and be used to working to targets. Must be articulate, highly motivated, self sufficient and be a big believer in delivering first class customer service.

In return you will receive a fantastic basic salary as well as commission structure, pension scheme, dependent on experience.
