With unprecedented skills working within the Sales & Lettings team, as the Valuer for the branch you will be instrumental in generating new business and bringing the properties to the market by using traditional and up to date marketing tools.

With your knowledge and understanding of changing market conditions and an appreciation of different client needs, you will be able to use your own flair, charisma and negotiation skills to grow the portfolio of homes to be marketed with a friendly and experienced team supporting. As an instrumental member of the team, you will work closely with your colleagues offering guidance and support to realise exceptional results.

To ensure the continued growth of the business, it is important that you recognise and continue to service old clients and ensure their satisfaction continues to be exceeded, as well as capturing any further new business from them.

A rewarding and uncapped package awaits a driven and motivated candidate who is looking to be rewarded for their personal efforts. A basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000 is available and an OTE £60,000 awaits.
