Are you an experienced negotiator who is proficient in sales & lettings wanting a new challenge?

An agency in the Reading area looking for a hard working and proficient candidate who has at least 12 months estate agency to be considered for this role.

Our client with several successful branches in the Berkshire area is looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Phoning out on new instructions
• Vendor & landlord contacts
• Accompanying viewings
• Cross selling
• Sales chasing
• Handling tenancy applications

This is an exciting role with a company that rewards hard work and endeavour with a promotion.

You will need to be extremely positive, out-going, be results orientated as well as a strong team player.

The company offer a basic salary up to £21,000 with an OTE £28,000.
