They are looking to recruit an experienced, driven and polished estate agency branch manager to potentially launch a new office. You will be dealing with prime Country properties in the upper end of the market. You must be a self motivated and driven individual with the hunger and determination to build a fantastic business.

The role will involve a lot of valuing and being out and about and you must be a confident, articulate and self motivated individual who can think on their feet. This is a fantastic role with plenty of potential for further growth and development.

In return you will receive training, support and time to really develop the office, all back up / administrative support and help with recruitment, systems and procedures.

This is a rare opportunity and for the successful candidate the chance to really build a fantastic office which you will manage with a high degree of autonomy.
