Our client, a leading provider of powerful connectivity solutions which meet the needs of broadcast, live events and corporate clients around the globe is looking for an ESG Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis.

The ESG (Environmental Social Governance) Coordinator will play a vital role in developing and implementing the company environmental, ethical best practices, policies & cultural behaviours ensuring a positive impact on local communities and the environment. It will involve liaising closely with various stakeholders within the organisation in order to maintain and enhance the company UK suite of ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and will promote awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments internally and externally. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to establish partnerships with clients, business leaders, team members, suppliers, as well as standards and environmental bodies. You will use those communication skills to present, negotiate, and collaborate across all levels and you will also possess a proven track record of policy and process implementation. You will also have at least 2+ years of relevant CSR experience. In order to be successful in this role you must have extensive knowledge of international standards audit requirements and proficiency in both environmental and health and safety aspects and requirements.

This is a full time, permanent position based on site at the company offices in Berkshire and is a real opportunity to have a significant impact on the environmental and social policies of a large corporation.
