Hays HR is delighted to be working exclusively with an organisation with sites across the UK on the recruitment of a HR Advisor / ER Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working structure; 3 days on site and 2 days from home with a competitive salary.
My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a wealth of knowledge of Employee Relations.

Your new role
In your new role, you must feel confident to provide ER advice to line managers across multiple sites and work closely with the wider HR team to support on other HR activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of ER issues
  • Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders on an internal and external basis
  • Able to manage complex ER case loads
  • Working with other HR team members to deliver a seamless service across the business


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing ER Caseloads
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a HR Advisor role previously
  • CIPD Qualified or studying towards
