ER Advisor

Your new role
This role will be providing a full generalist HR service to a range of customers. This may include managing end to end case work, up to dismissal, investigations and coaching line managers. Alongside this, you may need to support on any restructure work and also providing guidance to colleagues around HR policy.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced HR / ER Advisors who are able to manage and oversee a variety of casework. Ideally, you will be available to start immediately.
