Are you an ambitious & motivated individual who is looking to join a market leading financial services business where you can have a long term & successful career?

Mbf are working with one of our very best clients to recruit an Administrator. Our client is an award winning, Chartered and fully independent Financial Planning organisation. The business has offices across the country with a very strong presence in the South West of England, this particular position will work out of their busy Chelmsford offices.

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support, working closely with Senior Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and clients. Key responibilities:

  • Prepare information for reports
  • Liaise with third parties including providers to obtain information
  • Maintain accurate client information on the internal back office system
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Opening and handling client post
  • General administration for the overall department

To be considered you should either have previous experience within a professional environment, or a graduate who is looking to get a foot in the door.
