Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
The Role
- To join an established team which recruits for senior and junior level hires across Asset & Wealth Management.
- You will be expected to work closely with team leaders, providing market research and mapping across a variety of disciplines within Financial Services.
- Relationship management and networking is an important part of this role and you’ll be expected to develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- You will be sourcing candidates through job boards, job advertisements and LinkedIn.
- Once you become competent, face to face to face meetings will become an important part of your role – travel expenses will be paid.
- This is an opportunity to work under senior consultants with multiple years’ experience in recruitment and Financial Services.
- There will be training and development to gain market knowledge, generate high-level recruitment skills and improve customer service.

Candidate Requirements
- An interest in Macro Economics or Financial Markets
- Graduate or A-level leavers looking to get into Recruitment.
- Qualifications in either Economics or Business Studies
- Previous sales or customer facing experience is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills/professional telephone manner.
- Good overall communication skills (telephone, face to face, email).
- Ability to build long term relationships and understand client requirements.
- Results driven, highly competitive, ambitious and determined.
