Location: Remote

Salary: From £24,500 - £27,000 depending on experience per annum


We have exciting opportunity for an Enrolment Advisor to join our award team at Paragon Skills. In this learner focused enrolment support role, you will provide an outstanding enrolment experience to our health and social care learners and employers, setting the scene for their future learning journey.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into training who has the experience in adult care and for the right applicant we're offering the opportunity to complete an Award in Education and Training (AET) qualification to further develop your career in apprenticeships.


Key responsibilities:

. Complete enrolment meetings with learners and employers

. Guide the learner and employer through the enrolment process

. Carry out skills scans with learners to identify learning needs


**Please note internally this role will known as an Enrolment Tutor**

Requirements

What we need from you:


.Experience of working in the Health & Social Care sector preferable at management level

.Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Teams, Excel and Outlook

.Knowledge of apprenticeships would be advantageous

.Relevant qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector

.Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
