Job Title - Enquirers Coordinator

Salary - £30,000 with possible bonus payments

Location - Central London

Hours - 8am to 4.30pm/ 9am to 5.30pm

Role - Permanent

Our client is a high-end Fertility Clinic based in Central London close to transport and amenities. Due to expansion they are seeking an Enquirers Coordinator within the Clinic on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would have been working within Healthcare within a similar role, assisting patients both over the phone and face to face, dealing with incoming emails and patient enquiries concerning the Clinic's services, the role would also suit a recruiter or someone who is used to working to set KPI's and is excellent on the telephone.

The role consists of answering all calls from patients, calling patients back and answering their requests regarding the Clinic, procedures and appointments. It would also involve answering email enquiries from the patients, including website requests. The patients need to be spoken with, assisted and booked in for their face to face consultations.

This role is for someone used to working within a fast paced Healthcare environment or recruitment environment, used to liaising with people at all levsls and offering a high standard of service to patients daily, a friendly professional attitude and the willingness to assist these patients, follow KPI's and advise and ensure they are booked in for their appointments.

Excellent customer service is required, clear and articulate with solid computer skills.
