Location: Spalding

Contract: Part-time, temporary

Start Date: After Easter

Pay rate: £154 - £239 per day

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team in Spalding! This part-time, temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire and educate students in English language and literature.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative English lessons to students in Years 7 to 11.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs and abilities of individual students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English curriculum initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in English.
• Experience teaching English language and literature at the secondary level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
