A 'Good' graded Secondary School in Greenwich are searching for a talented English Teacher + Head of English to lead their department. Due to internal promotions to Assistant Head, the school are looking for a strong English Teacher + Head of English to replace their current HOD.

Whether you are an experienced Head of English or an English Teacher currently working as a 2iC or KS Coordinator, you will be equally supported with a strong handover by the current Head of English.

Moreover, you will have autonomy to implement new ideas, curriculum and changes throughout the department. One of the school's main drivers is providing their teachers with autonomy, as well as the resources, CPD and modern-research to drive performance forward.

CANDIDATE SPEC - English Teacher + Head of English

• Experienced English Teacher or Head of English
• Experience as a Head of English, 2iC, KS Coordinator or similar
• UK QTS is essential
• Experience teaching high PP, EAL, SEND in an inner-city context beneficial
• Passionate about English!
