English Teacher - Barnham

Are you an experienced Humanities teacher with QTS who is seeking a full-time role? This role working close to Barnham might be just right for you!

We are working with the school to recruit a teacher who can commit to the position for the entirety of the academic year (from Sept 2024), teaching KS3 to KS5. This is a long-term position starting immediately

It’s an exciting time to join this outstanding school. The school is focused on providing the highest quality teaching and learning, and all members of staff are expected to strive for excellence in everything they do. The students consistently attain high standards and their behaviour in lessons and around the school is good. They offer a large variety of subjects at GCSE and A Level and endeavour to be innovative and forward thinking across all areas of the curriculum.

The school is easiest to access by car, however they have a wide network of informal car shares, and also offer lovely views of the Sussex countryside! There is a strong community and support network between colleagues and departments.

• QTS with an English specialism (Suitable for ECT’s)

• Experience teaching English at KS3 to KS5 in a secondary school
