The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious English Teacher + 2ic who is keen to add value to an expanding English Department and help to lead it into new heights! The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The School are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the School! The English department is becoming one of the most exciting departments within the whole school.

This role is the perfect opportunity for experienced English teachers who are ready to take on added responsibility with a 2ic TLR (8K).

PERSON SPECIFICATION - English Teacher + 2ic

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work and help lead a large team of English Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
