We're urgently seeking:

?? 1x SEN English Teacher - GCSE

?? Paid to scale

?? Immediate start, On-going position, Temporary to permanent role

?? Location: Harrow, North West London

? Flexible Hours:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to SEN students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and related SEN
  • Creating an inclusive learning environment to foster growth
  • Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
  • Utilising effective behaviour management strategies

?? Additional Provision:

  • Small classes (10 pupils per class)
  • Education Support Worker (ESW) in every class
  • Specialist literacy and art therapy support
  • Career and further education advice
  • Mental health and sensory support services

Requirements:
