Engineering Trader

Location: Camden, London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000

Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for an Engineering Trader to join a growing international trading company. The Engineering Trader will focus on developing and driving forward our client's engineering business operation, bringing valuable commercial market experience in technical products to generate third-party trade business. The successful candidate will need to be able to confidently build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring they are receiving high standards of supply and service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Trading environment, ideally within spare parts trading, with a technical degree qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive forward our Client's Engineering business operation.
• Bring valuable commercial market experience in technical products to generate business within third-party trade.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring they are receiving high standards of supply and service.
• Manage risks to allow the business to fulfil commercial potential

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar Trading environment.
• Qualified to degree level in Technology, Engineering, or a related Scientific qualification.
• Knowledge of spare parts trading would be an advantage.
• Confident writing reports and giving presentations
• Previous experience managing global customers and suppliers.
