We are currently looking to add an experienced Engineering Recruiter to our Professional Services division.

As our Engineering Talent Agent, you will have the chance to identify and develop new recruitment business opportunities across the M5 corridor from Bristol to Birmingham. Your objective will be to source a diverse range of vacancies for candidates seeking contract and permanent employment. To excel in this role, you must have the necessary skills and knowledge across these sectors, combining proven business development and candidate marketing experience and expertise.

Within our Professional Services Division, we only want to attract experienced and successful consultants who want to develop their career further. We are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of gaining trust with both candidate and client, looking to match professionally and effectively, whilst providing consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding recruitment options across the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
