You'll be joining a multi-disciplinary team in the world of electrical, automation, and autonomy products for Naval and Commercial Marine clients. Based in Bristol, you'll lead projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Engineering Programme Lead responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of technical solutions, meeting program responsibilities with excellence.
- Create, communicate, and manage an integrated program plan, ensuring milestones and deliverables align with the overall engineering delivery objectives.
- Support business resource planning by providing accurate resource forecasts
- Maintain engineering work packages to ensure effective control, governance, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Continuous Improvement/Lean practices and be a strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
- Report progress against integrated plans, identifying issues and highlighting priority calls, including clear critical path analysis.
- Engage with Program Leads, ensuring coherence, including program milestones.
- Act as the focal point for all aspects related to allocated packages of work, managing technical risks associated with internal and external environments.
Engineering Programme Lead requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrable leadership of successfully delivered technical projects/tasks to time, cost, and quality.
- Appropriate domain knowledge to facilitate dependable management of varied engineering work packages.
- Proven experience in managing technical work packages or projects, with an understanding of product change control.
- Experience in Product Introduction Lifecycle Management, including PCB, DDRAM, IPPR/PPAP processes.
