Engineering Manager

Our client are looking to hire an Engineering Manager with a background in Electrical Design. In this position, you will play a vital part in helping drive the business forward as well as overseeing a team of talented Design Engineers.

As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a small team of Design Engineers
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the best quality
• Conducting assessments to identify potential projects challenges
• Be involved with vital business decisions moving forward
• Be involved in the recruitment process
• Conducting performance reviews and giving feedback

To be considered for thisEngineering Manager role, you will need the following:

• Experience in a leading/mentoring position
• Experience in Electrical Design
• AutoCAD Electrical proficient
• Experience in interpreting different technical schematics and report formats
