Very Competitive Salary and Benefits

We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join a multi-site manufacturer of specialist products who are based in Leicestershire.  Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’d be involved in the following:

  • Managing a multi-site maintenance team across 2 sites (varying ages/disciplines/skill-sets and attitudes).
  • Working on maintenance projects to improve downtime and promote a more preventative culture.
  • Developing the maintenance team who work on a 2 shift pattern which include revision of PPM schedules.

The Engineering Manager position is working on days and will include management of 2 teams located at different sites so travel will be involved.  The sites are circa 60m apart and are very different in manufacturing processes.

With the Engineering Manager position being a permanent role, the company are seeking a person that has management experience beforehand; this is not a role that would suit a person moving into management for the first time.

They will offer the following:

  • Very good basic salary
  • Additional benefits to include private health care, annual bonus (depending on company financials) and volunteering days
  • Opportunity to grow with the organisation
